Why us?

Root Cause

Root Cause

Effective treatment goes beyond temporary pain relief—it aims to address and resolve the underlying issues causing the discomfort.
One-on-one Care

One-on-one Care

A good physiotherapist isn’t just professionally trained but also takes time to carefully assess the patient’s condition and identify the true root cause of the injury, rather than offering surface-level solutions.
Personalised

Personalised

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach. Treatment programs are tailored to each individual’s specific condition, including customised training and rehabilitation plans.
Active Rehab

Active Rehab

Recovery is supported through targeted exercise programs, rather than relying solely on passive treatments such as massage or acupuncture.

I was suffering from knee osteoarthritis. In the beginning, the knee pain was so bad I had to rely on a walking stick—it was really tough.

At first, I struggled with back pain and Achilles tendon pain during my running, cycling, and swimming training.

I had back pain and overall body aches—it was hard even just to walk.

I was dealing with a shoulder injury and wanted to find a long-term solution.

After undergoing ankle surgery following a traffic accident, I’ve continued to struggle with degenerative changes and mobility issues.

Recommended Physiotherapy for Foot & Ankle Conditions

About six months ago, I injured my medial collateral ligament (MCL) while playing football. After seeing an orthopaedic specialist and getting an MRI, I was told it was a minor tear and got referred to a chain physiotherapy centre. But each session only lasted about 15 minutes with some ultrasound and a quick check—nothing really helped. I thought all I could do was rest and wait it out. I assumed it would take at least half a year before I could return to training and play matches again. One day, a friend referred me to another physiotherapist. I figured it wouldn’t hurt to try someone new, maybe get a second opinion. And that’s how I met Alan—by chance. Wow! After just one session with Alan, I thought: “Is this what real physiotherapy is supposed to be like?” What I experienced before was honestly subpar. Alan explained things even better than the orthopaedic doctor—he went through the body’s structure, the function of each part, and did various tests to understand my condition thoroughly. Then he guided me through specific movements, pointing out which areas were injured, what I needed to be cautious about, and which parts were already ready for training. That’s when I realised—I had wasted so much precious time. I could’ve started rehab much earlier and been back on the field sooner. Over the next two months, I followed up regularly—not excessively—and followed Alan’s guidance to the letter. I worked hard at home, pushed myself, but genuinely enjoyed doing the rehab exercises. Every session, I could feel myself progressing. Alan would gradually introduce new challenges and training stages. For the first time, I could see the finish line—getting back on the field was finally within reach. It was emotional. I hadn’t played football in half a year. That frustration and helplessness… only someone who's been there would understand. The most unbelievable part? I ended up being even fitter than I was before the injury. I feel stronger and more confident on the field than ever. I’m incredibly lucky to have met Alan—thank you for your attentiveness and professionalism.
